Annie Dillard wrote, “How you spend your days is, of course, how you’ll spend your life.
What we do with this hour, and that one, is what we are doing.”
So what are you doing and who are you becoming?
You want to live a life on mission and on purpose. And then COVID hit. Full stop on everything. Survival mode. Reacting to changes and pivots in all areas of your life. Major life adjustments in multiple spheres of influence.
As we move into a post-COVID world (hopefully!), perhaps you’re realizing that you have to DECIDE what you want your life to look like or you’ll find yourself floundering and/or run ragged. Maybe you’re just now coming up for air. Maybe you’re ready to move with more purpose. Maybe you’re not sure how to find alignment between what you want your life to be about and your day-to-day rhythms. Because if what Annie Dillard says above, that what we do with this hour, and that one, is what we are doing,
What are you doing and who are you becoming?

Here’s what others have said:
“This assessment helped me see why I’m feeling so burnt out. One reason is because what I thought was ‘play’ turned into ‘work.’ I’m learning more about healthier rhythms of work and play.”
“I want to do more that contributes to my health, and part of that is understanding what is health for me– physically, mentally, and spiritually. This assessment helped me move toward pursuing that weekly rhythm, even when it didn’t look like I had time.”
“I wanted to be more intentional with my day-to-day and actually live a life worthy of my calling. I am stepping into a new season of life and wanted to get my affairs in order. This has been so helpful!”
